All competitions shall be run by the above Association.
All matches must be played by the said limit dates, failure to do so without the permission of the Competitions' Secretary will result in disqualification.
All results shall be e-mailed to jf.appleby@hotmail.co.uk within 2 days of the match by the winning school.
In case of dispute, the decision of the Competitions' Secretary will be final.
Each match shall be of a minimum 25 mins each way and a maximum of 30 mins each way.
If the scores are level at the end of the game, then 7½ mins each way extra time will be played.
If the scores are still level at the end of extra time, then penalties, 5 to each side, will be taken.
If the scores are still level after 5 penalties are taken by each team, then "sudden death" penalties will be taken.
A size 4 ball shall be used.
Each team will be allowed to use 5 substitutes and a player who has been replaced may, in turn, return to play as a substitute.
Where teams have similar colours the home team will change.
Colours should be decided when arranging the match on the initial contact with the opposition.
Rules as above except that with the agreement of both teams a size 5 ball may be used and the duration of the game shall be 35 minutes.(10 mins ew extra time)
As for the Under 12’s except that the ball shall be a size 5 and the duration of the games will be a minimum of 35 mins each way and a maximum of 40 minutes each way for boys, and a minimum of 30 mins each way for girls and a maximum of 35 mins each way. (10 mins ew extra time )
As for the Under 16 competition except that "rolling" subs may not be used and the games shall be a minimum of 40 mins each way and a maximum of 45 mins each way. (15 mins ew extra time ). A maximum of FIVE substitutes may be named (of which 3 may be used) to the referee, before the game.
If possible a neutral referee should be appointed. Contact with the local referees Association will usually be fruitful.
Round 1 Matches
To be played on or before the 2nd Saturday in October
Round 2 Matches
To be played on or before the 2nd Saturday in November
Round 3 Matches
To be played by end of the Autumn Term.
Semi final to be played by February half term .
